Subject: I know we're stretched thin in certain areas...

...but I think my point has more to do with the backbone of the
politicians and the general sentiment of the country, GP. I'm not
knocking the military at all because they'd go right now if they were
asked to and would make us all proud. Stretched thin or not, the US
has the most powerful military in the world. However, it's not the
military I worry about...it's the people that sit in those cozy
offices in Washington, DC who make the decisions.
