I have access to info...not classified mind you, that tells me our
military infrastructure is depleted. The OPTEMPO for our troops has
them a bit haggared...they are neck deep in this war against terror.
And don't forget...we've cut our boots on the ground by about 50%
since the 91 Gulf War. Remember the "peace dividend"? Well...the note
to pay is coming due.
