...And I'm not buying into either views 100%.

However, Feith has taken a lot of flak from many of those who worked
with him, and a couple of other books on the subject; why would I give
credence to a book written by him giving his account? I would be
suspicious that it would be an exercise in blame-shifting. Is he
critical of himself in any way?
